RDI Members

The Registered Digital Installer Licensing Body (rdi-lb) is the government scheme which ensures its members have completed an NVQ in Signal Reception, Working at Height training and have been CRB checked.

CAI Members

We are members of the Confederation of Aerial Industries (CAI) which is our regulatory body. This means that we have been assessed and approved by the CAI and that we abide by their Customer Charter. The CAI provides a “Double Guarantee” on all work carried out by its members, giving customers additional peace of mind. In 2008 we gained “plus” status which means our engineers are approved for digital installations and have been CRB checked.

 

Insurance

In addition to our full 12 months guarantee we have full Public Liability insurance.

Health & Safety

Health & safety for our customers and engineers is vital. We ensure that all engineers attend H&S training and that they have all the equipment necessary to work safely. We have a comprehensive Company Health & Safety Manual . We are able to provide our H&S Policy, Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) as required.

SMATV

We are the only company in Gloucestershire who are approved by the CAI as SMATV (Satellite Master Antenna Television) installers. We are able to provide a full planning and design service to our commercial and domestic customers for fully integrated reception systems.
