Guarantee / Insurance

All our work is fully guaranteed for 12 months. We have Public and Employers liability insurance.

SMATV

We are the only company in Gloucestershire who are approved by the CAI as SMATV (Satellite Master Antenna Television) installers. We are able to provide a full planning and design service to our customers with a fully integrated reception system.

Health & Safety

Our staff attend Working at Heights training courses and we have a comprehensive Health & Safety policy. We are able to provide Risk assessments and Method Statements when necessary.

CAI Members

We are members of the Confederation of Aerial Industries (CAI) which is industries regulatory body. This means that we have been assessed and approved by the CAI and that we abide by their Customer Charter. The CAI provides a “Double Guarantee” on all work carried out by its members, giving customers additional peace of mind.

CAI Training

All our engineers are permanent members of staff. They regularly attend CAI run training courses to update their knowledge and ensure quality service for our customers.
