What is it?
With this box, you can store up to 40 hours of your favourite programmes at the touch of a button – without the need for tapes or timers. When you go away on holiday or business you can record all the episodes of your favourite series. You can also record two programmes at once, whilst watching one you recorded earlier! There is also the facility to pause and rewind live TV, so you’ll never miss a goal again!
How much does it cost to install?
The box costs £99 for new Sky customers and for existing Sky customers who are upgrading to Multiroom, standard installation is FREE OF CHARGE. However, not every job is a standard installation and there could be further costs involved, in which case our engineers will always inform you of these before proceeding with the installation. The box must be connected to a working phone line.
If you are an existing Sky customer and you want to change your box for Sky+ without taking up the multiroom offer the Sky+ will cost £199 and standard installation will cost £60.
How much does it cost per month?
This is dependant on which SKY package you decided to have. All packages and promotions are listed on the SKY website www.sky.com. However, please note that some promotions are only available if you proceed with your installation directly from SKY and not through us. If you subscribe to more than one Sky Premium Channel (Sports/Movies) the additional £10 a month recording subscription is FREE OF CHARGE.
How do I build my viewing package?
- There are six blocks of channels in the Entertainment Pack, you can choose a Mix of 2, 4 or 6 blocks.

NB: You currently need the viewing card to receive Channel Four & Five. The BBC channels are available as part of your licence fee.
Can I watch Sky on more than one TV?
YES- you can watch SKY programmes on more than one TV in your house by having a cable wired from your SKY box directly to one other TV OR a SKY link can be installed to send SKY to all the TV’s in your house. It is also possible to install “magic eyes” which allow you to control the SKY box from other rooms in the house.
However, you are restricted to everyone in the house watching the same programme if you only have one SKY box. SKY Multiroom allows you more flexibility.
